● Technical Services Program (TSP) - TSP provides healthcare technology management assistance and direct technical services to twenty-six hospitals in Vermont, New York and New Hampshire

Instrumentation & Model Facility (IMF) - IMF designs, develops, fabricates and services custom research instruments for the University of Vermont, other universities, non-profit state and health organizations, and Vermont emerging technology companies.

Adjunct Lecturer, School of Engineering/Faculty, Biomedical Engineering, University of Vermont (1989-Present)

Teach medical instrumentation courses in the School of Engineering and College of Nursing and Health Sciences

Administer internships in clinical engineering and instrumentation for UVM and international students

Advisor, Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), Washington, DC and World Health Organization (WHO), Geneva, Switzerland (1991-Present)

Develop and deliver presentations and facilitate conferences on healthcare technology management and clinical engineering for developing countries via the American College of Clinical Engineering (ACCE) agreement with PAHO/WHO
